Job Role –
Reporting to the CEO and working directly with the client you will be responsible for the provision of independent expert advice to help identify and solve challenges, increase value, and maximize business efficiency and profitability. Using established processes whilst working with the client’s senior leadership and support staff you will assist in the creation of strategies, processes optimization and identifying solutions to meet client needs. You will also
- Work with clients to develop a deep insight into people, process, system and data, to complete diagnostics and reporting.
- Develop strong relationships and become a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to clients.
- Shape solutions, propose project plans and support cross-functional and cross-business resources to deliver desired outcomes.
- Own your own work stream and motivate a talented team of analysts to deliver transformative results.
- Attend and contribute to regular workshops and knowledge shares with other consultants.
- Support the wide range of business improvement projects and initiatives (eg team building, events, diversity, pride, mental health, innovation labs, sports )
- Time spent on-site with clients has huge value, so travel is an important part of the role.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of working experiences as a Manager
- Masters’ degree in Management or any other discipline.
- Strong project and people management skills, inspiring trust and confidence from clients and teammates alike
